First Monday night session

On 9 October 2023, we held our first Monday night pickleball session (from 6:30pm to 8:30pm).

It was an awesome night with over 40+ players (including 12 new come 'n' try players) having a lot of fun.

The session was split into 3 components:

1. Come 'n' try players
2. Social play (randomly pick a card and you play on that court for an 11 minute round)
3. Challenge court - pick a partner and others challenge you to a game. Winners stays on (for a max of 3 games) and new challengers try their luck against you.

A huge thank you to all our club members who helped out on the night. A big thank you to Cynthia Krisanski and Kerrie Ryan for helping me (Brian Krisanski) show the game and teach the new come 'n' try players. Also a huge thank you to Chris Warner for managing the Social play (cards) part of the session. Combined we made a great team and judging by the amount of smiles I saw and laughter heard on the courts, everyone had a fantastic time.
